Thanks for buying The Wright Brothers® bicycle featuring the frame and fork manufactured by Co-Motion. Your new bike should come to you fully assembled and ready to ride. As you begin to put miles on your The Wright Brothers bicycle it will need some occasional maintenance. Your local bicycle shop should be able to help you with these things. If you have any questions about how to properly maintain your bicycle, the Co-Motion website (www.co-motion.com) has a wealth of information to help you do it. Co-Motion frames, forks and stems carry a limited lifetime warranty. Any failure resulting from faulty material or manufacture will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Components are warranted by their respective manufacturers.

Should you feel that you have a warranty issue, your first step is to contact The Wright Brothers Store. We will confer with Co-Motion to determine the best course of action. We will make every effort to remedy the problem as soon as possible. On warranty work, The Wright Brothers Store will pay shipping within the U.S. at standard delivery rates. Expedited and/or upgraded shipping is available, at cost to you, the owner. The Co-Motion Cycles’ warranty is applicable for original owners only.

Sunglasses

For over 40 years Randolph Engineering has built eyewear so durable that all solder joints on all metal frames are warranted for life. Randolph guarantees any frame with broken solder joints will be repaired or replaced and sent back free of charge.

To maintain your eyewear’s maximum performance regularly wipe the lenses with the supplied microfiber cloth and use the maintenance kit located in the case pocket.

Randolph Engineering, Inc. warrants its eyewear against breakage caused by defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of consumer purchase and, at it option, will repair or replace any such eyewear without charge during that period. Scratched lenses are not covered under Randolph’s warranty policy. Randolph Engineering, Inc., at its option, will repair or replace any broken solder joints on its metal frame eyewear throughout the lifetime of the product.

Randolph Engineering, Inc. will pay the return postage and effect repairs or replacement, at its option, without charge if within warranty coverage at time period.

Any consumer warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose which are not disclaimed under the foregoing language are conditioned on normal consumer use and do not cover damage which occurs beyond the point of manufacture, or failure which results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. Randolph Engineering, Inc. will not be liable for the promises of others in the course of sales to consumers.

To the extent allowed by law, consumer warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose not disclaimed under the foregoing language do no extend after the period of one year from the date of consumer purchase.
